INC., is a team of merger and acquisition professionals serving
mid-market businesses in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and southern
California. We describe mid-market businesses as those with annual
revenues between $2,000,000 and $30,000,000 or more.
M&A professionals are specialists. We do not specialize in selling
small businesses as business brokers do. Nor are we investment bankers
like the Merrill Lynches of the financial world who
handle much larger transactions. We are mid-market specialists who
have a unique set of skills that caters specifically to mid-market
companies.
Through proper preparation,
packaging, presentation and negotiation, we help our clients receive
premium investment value instead of fair market
value for their businesses. To do so requires seasoned M&A
professionals who understand what it takes to get top dollar for
a business. Every move we make is aimed at increasing the selling
